Jim Holyoak is a Nelson based multidisciplinary artist, writer, and educator, where he explores the boundaries of drawing, storytelling, and collaboration.
With a BFA from the University of Victoria and an MFA from Concordia, his artistic journey has taken him across the globe—from studying traditional ink painting in China to leading large-scale collaborative drawing projects involving artists of all ages. His work has been featured in renowned galleries and publications worldwide, and he has recently released a 500-page graphic novel, Book of 19 Nocturnes.
