Wildwood Discovery is excited to partner with The Langham to offer a nature- and art-based Summer Program for children ages 6–11.
We are seeking passionate, reliable, and community-minded team members to help deliver a meaningful outdoor and arts-based experience for local children.
Program Dates: June 29 – August 28, 2026
Program Days: Monday–Thursday
Youth Leader Compensation: 20 per hour
Role Overview
The Youth Support Leader is a leadership development role designed for a responsible and enthusiastic teen or young adult who is excited to gain hands-on experience working with children in a supportive camp environment.
Working alongside the Program Lead and Program Assistant, the Youth Support Leader helps facilitate daily activities, supports group supervision, and contributes to creating a fun, inclusive, and safe camp culture.
This position offers mentorship, skill-building, and meaningful leadership experience in outdoor and arts-based programming.

Total Hours: 24 hours per week
Compensation: $20 per hour
